As owner and the lead coordinator Diana J. Gardner  has personally planned and been on point as liaison for her clients from the beginning planning stages, to day of events since 2003. Her knowledge of Kauai is vast as she became a full time resident on the island in 1998, appreciating all of the beauty the island has to offer each day. 
 

When she is not taking care of clients and their wedding planning needs, you can find her either surfing, 

riding her motorcycle, kickboxing, singing, playing guitar, 

or tending to her orchids, gardening and making floral arrangements.

She has a passion for all things vintage, love for animals

 and out door adventure seeker. 

With joy for seeing people smile, she admittedly often gets teary eyed at the site of brides being so happy on their wedding day ! 
 

She began her career in weddings at The Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville, as their wedding planner & special event coordinator .
Diana has worked in the hospitality & service industry

 since she was 14  at several upscale restaurants as a professional line cook, server and host.  

Diana moved to Kauai from St. Augustine Fl. When she was 19 where she had earned her degree in Culinary Arts & worked diligently as a chef & pastry chef, catering events there as well as Lake Tahoe Ca. prior 

She is certified in nutrition, sanitation,

 management and ice carving!

Arriving on island with many wonderful references, her first job on Kauai was at the St.Regis Princeville Hotel (now 1 Hotel Hanalei ) as a Chef, where she was in charge of many tasks from buffets to baking,  before moving to a restaurant management supervisor position in the Bali Hai Restaurant at Hanalei Bay Resort.  Her positive attitude in service, resourceful problem solving skills and attention to detail quickly promoted her to the weddings

 & special events coordinator position.
 

After receiving wonderful feed back from clients and referrals, the number of weddings on her calendar grew quickly as well as clients requesting additional beautiful destination wedding venues, where she had to solely work for her own business.
