Meet Diana J. Gardner

Founder & Lead Wedding Planner

Diana Gardner founded Alohana Kauai Weddings in 2002 after falling in love with the island and its people. A resident of Kauai since 1998,

 Diana brings decades of experience in hospitality, culinary arts, and luxury event planning, along with an innate gift for making couples feel truly cared for. She began her wedding career at Hanalei Bay Resort and has since been recognized as a leading wedding planner in Hawaii.

Her extensive background—ranging from professional chef roles to restaurant management and event coordination—gives her a sharp eye for detail, deep logistical expertise, and a creative flair that sets her events apart. Diana is warm, highly organized, and known for her sincere approach, clear communication, and calm presence—qualities that couples and vendors alike deeply value.

Her work has been featured in national wedding publications and highly recommended by major resorts, travel agents, and past clients. 

She was also the President of the Kauai Wedding Professionals Association and current member.
